Shipments and returns
Delivery of Goods:
Normally, all goods are sent the day after ordering, provided we have them in stock. If nothing else is stated, all goods will be delivered by parcel post, via the Post Office's parcel post service.
Orders can also be collected from our warehouse in Edsbyn (by agreement).
Customer is responsible for eventual customs and taxes of goods ordered.
If , on receiving your order, you discover any damage that has occurred during transport, you should immediately report this to the Post Office or delivery agent.
If the Post Office or delivery agent deny responsibility for the damage you should contact us. We disclaim any responsibility for late delivery caused by delivery agents or by any other factors beyond our control.
Customers will be debited for the full cost of postage and return delivery for all orders that are not collected. Specially ordered items will be charged at the full rate, together will the full cost of delivery and return.
Return of Goods:
We do not accept returned goods without previous agreement. All returned goods shall be undamaged, unused and returned in their original packaging.
